Either by e-mail or phone, we’ll discuss what symptoms you’re facing with your computer. With your approval, we then schedule a time to come on-site that best suits you.
Troubleshooting your computer problem on-site. Depending on the severity of the problem, we may need to take it back to the office to perform hardware components tests.
Once we’ve found the problem… faulty power supply, RAM, drivers, whatever it is, we’ll fix/replace the faulty part with your approval.
When all repairs are completed, we’ll deliver your computer back to your home/business. We will set it all up and answer any questions you may have.
